The General Assembly is the annual National Holy Convocation for the House of God Church - Keith Dominion.
June 16-23, 2025 in Nashville, TN thousands will gather for a time of worship, fellowship, and empowerment.
A Note from the Senior Bishop
Welcome to the 2025 Annual General Assembly. We give thanks to Almighty God who has allowed us to gather for another year of worship, fellowship, and vision.
I extend greetings to all Chief Helpers, Bishops, Elders, Ministers, Deacons, Young Adults, Youth, Members, Delegates, Guests, and Friends of this General Assembly. I am excited about the 2025 General Assembly theme, “Sow Love, Reap Joy: God’s Remedy and Reward for Life’s Greatest Challenges.” This theme reminds us that the power of the Holy Ghost fills us with love and joy for every season, and that sowing love will yield a harvest of unspeakable joy that triumphs over life’s greatest trials.
The supporting scriptures for this year’s theme are: Psalm 16:11, Psalm 51:11–12, John 17:5, Romans 14:17, Galatians 6:9 and 1 John 4:7.
Over the past year, our great church has witnessed its members excel across a wide variety of life and ministry from earning honors in collegiate and professional sports, to being recognized by the National Recording Academy and The White House, to celebrating decades of successful entrepreneurialism to establishing Mary Magdalena Tate University, and planting and launching new churches across multiple nations. These accomplishments reflect the favor of God and the extraordinary gifts within our organization.
Souls have been saved, churches have reopened, new leaders have been confirmed, and believers across the world have embraced the power to love deeply and serve joyfully. We have celebrated victories and mourned the loss of faithful Christian soldiers who have transitioned to glory including the late President of the House of God Academy and Bible College as well as a former advisor to the National Music Department for 5 administrations. Our prayers and love remain with every family that is in bereavement.
As we gather this year, let us be reminded that while life’s challenges are real, God’s remedy is greater. Love is still His command. Joy is still His promise. And the Holy Ghost is still His gift. The 2025 General Assembly is our time to remind the church to sow in love through service, sacrifice, and unity and to expect a harvest of joy that cannot be taken away.
May the grace of God guide us as we exhibit love on our way towards receiving unspeakable joy!
