Updated: Dec 10, 2021

THE OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OVERSEER

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Psalm 51:11-12; John 17:5

To the Saints of the Most High God,

We greet you in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We give thanks to Almighty God for His Unique and wonderful Blessings. We enter His gates with praise and thanksgiving. We are admonished in the Word of God to give thanks in everything for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. It is written: O give thanks unto the Lord for He is good, for His mercy endureth forever. To Him who alone does great wonders, to Him that by wisdom made the heavens and stretched out the earth above the waters.

We are also grateful for our great founder, Mother M.L. Tate, and her co-laborers, who left a legacy of standing up for the Faith and Doctrine of this Church. We are thankful for all Chief Helpers and Bishops and for all the True Saints of the House of God.

Life graces us with gifts that we have not earned. God keeps on blessing us, in spite of our shortcomings and disobedience. God shows courtesy and goodwill towards man by His grace, and he demonstrates compassion and kindness through His mercy. God’s unmerited favor and generosity is not something owed to us, but gifts from our Heavenly Father who loves us dearly.

The Holiday Season is a season of fasting. It is written: Isaiah 58:5-6 Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? Is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD? Is not this the fast that I have chosen.. to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

Christians believe that God's promise was fulfilled by the coming of Jesus Christ, who delivered the children of God fromthe curse of sin and death. For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16.

May the grace of God be with you and your family during this holiday season. May the peace of God surround you and your loved ones. May the love of God fill your hearts. May the joy of God be your present. From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
